IIM CAT cut off percentile vs the shortlist percentile
This is very important to take note of is the difference between the CAT short-list cut-off %ile verses the call cut-off %ile. The short-list IIMs CAT cut off percentile is generally a lot lower and meeting the short-list cut-off percentile doesn’t guarantee admission.
On meeting the short-list cut-off percentile you may be short-listed for WAT, GD, and PI. This may not again ensure that you will be called for WAT, GD, and PI. On other hand the call cut-off percentile is much higher than the short-list cut-off percentile. This is released after the result declaration. To quote an example, the shortlist cut-off percentile for IIM Ahmadabad was approx. 80 in 2020 while its call cut-off percentile was 100. Read More on IIM's Website
