CMAT - The Complete Guide
NTA has started the registration for the CMAT 2024 examination and provided all the information about the exam. Only the exam date and release date of the CMAT admit card are not announced and will be disclosed by them later. As per the trends of admit card release it is expected that in the last week of April 2024, the admit card will be available for download for all the registered applicants. As per the trends CMAT will be conducted on 12th May 2024 and registration has already started on 29th March, 2024. Candidate can download their admit card by using the Login ID and Password generated during the CMAT 2024 Registration. Since only three months are left in the exam.
All the candidates need to speed up their exam preparation. Aspirants can solve the CMAT last year's papers, and understand and read the topics of the CMAT Syllabus.

How to Download CMAT Admit Card?
Follow the steps below to download the admit cards:
- Visit NTA-CMAT official website: https://cmat.nta.nic.in/
- Enter Login Credentials. CMAT Application Number, Date of birth and Security Pin is required for login. Keep them at hand.
- Enter "registration ID" and "password"
- Click the "Submit" Tab.
- The CMAT Admit Card Appears on the next Screen
- Take a print out
How to recover CMAT login id and password?
If you have misplaced your login credentials, they can be retrieved. Follow the below stated steps to recover login details:
- Click on the “Forgot Password” tab.
- Select from one of the options for password retrieval given to you below:
- You can use a security question option and then answer it. This security question would have been created during registration.
- Else use a verification code sent to you on your registered mobile number.
- You can also reset your password, using the password reset link that will be sent to your registered email address.
- Choose any of the above options and create a new password for login.
Yet, in case of candidates are not able to download Admit Cards from the website or there is any discrepancy in details punched on the Admit Card, approach the CMAT Help-Line between 10:00 am to 5:00 PM.

Errors to check-in Admit card
Check your Admit Card thoroughly after downloading, for any factual or spelling errors. The slightest error may deem the Admit Card invalid barring the candidate from entering the exam hall.
Check these errors on the admit card:
- Name of the candidate on the Admit Card must be the same as it is mentioned on the CMAT application form.
- Correct exam date, time and venue must be printed on the Admit Card.
- Your image on the Admit Card must be clear and visible.
- CMAT 2024 registration date should be the same on the Admit Card, as is printed on the application form.

Documents To Carry With Admit Card of CMAT Exam 2024
Here is a list of documents you must carry to the CMAT examination centre on the day of the exam.
- 2 copies of the admit card
- Valid photo ID proof - original and photocopy. Carry any of the below documents for proof of Identity:
- Voter ID
- Passport
- Aadhar Card
- Driving License
- Your image on the Admit Card must be clear and visible.
- CMAT 2023 registration date should be the same on the Admit Card, as is printed on the application form.
Problems in Download Admit Card
Certain types of errors and issues are common while downloading Admit Cards. Stated below are problems and resolutions faced by candidates during Admit Card download.

Double-check the details entered on the login window to make sure that no problems arise.

Make sure that your internet connection speed is good at the time of download for a successful document download.

Server Not Responding Error
This is very likely to occur due to heavy traffic. Logout and try to download the Admit Card later.

Forgot CMAT Application Number
Click on "Find application number" on NTA Website. Enter the details prompted for. (Candidate Name, Mother Name, Date of Birth, Father Name, and Security Pin) . Click on ‘Get application number’.
Instruction for CMAT Exam
The Admit Card also contains the below-stated exam day instructions. Read the instructions on the admit card carefully to avoid any inconveniences during the exam.
Here are some important points to note.
- Be at the exam centre two hours before the exam begins.
- For the first slot of the exam, entry to the exam centre will not be permitted after 07:30 AM and 01:30 PM for the second slot of the exam.
- Writing pad and pen will be provided inside the exam hall for rough work and that’s to be returned after the test. Candidates will be required to write their name and registration number on the writing pad.
- No baggage can be carried inside the test centre.
- Carry personal hand sanitiser, personal transparent water bottle, sugar tablets/fruits and a blue or black transparent ball-point pen.
- Sign the admit card only inside the exam hall in front of the invigilator.
- Instruments, geometry, handbag, purse, pencil box, paper, stationery, any printed material, eatables, mobile phone, other gadgets, any metallic items, cannot be carried to the exam hall.
