Almost for around 70 years now, XLRI is conducting XAT at all India level to select the most suitable aspirants for management education. Around 160 institutions in India uses the XAT score for selection to MBA program

XAT 2025 Admit card are available to download from 20 December 2024. For downloading XAT hall ticket/ admit card aspirants need to use their XAT login credentials such as User ID and Password.

All aspirants will need to carry XAT admit card along with one original valid photo ID proof to the XAT exam centre. XAT admit card holds on it all the required information about XAT Test date, time, the procedures and directions which the aspirant needs to follow on the day of examination.

At the time of downloading XAT 2025 admit card, one needs to follow the steps that are given below so that they do not face any problem. On the day of XAT 2025, all aspirants are required to carry a printed copy of it along with one valid original photo ID proof.

How to Download XAT Admit Card/ Hall Ticket?

Following are the step to Download XAT 2025 Admit Card
  • Step 1 – Go to the portal of XAT test: www.xatonline.in.
  • Step 2 - Click on ‘Login’ link.
  • Step 3 – Write your XAT User ID and Password in the space provided, then click on ‘Login’.
  • Step 4 - Then click on ‘Admit Card’ link.
  • Step 5 - Then download XAT 2025 admit card to your device and save.

XAT is on Jan 05, 2025, all aspirants needs to carry any one of the following photo ID proof in original for the authentication process.

  • Voter ID card
  • Aadhar card

The following details must be printed on the XAT admit card. In case of any discrepancy such as spelling mistake, wrong dates or any other mistake or missing information, you need to contact the examination conducting body immediately.

Following are the Instructions Mentioned on the XAT Admit Card

  • For any error in the XAT 2025 admit card, candidates are advised to bring this issue to the notice of the examination conducting body.
  • Request for any change in the XAT test centre will not be entertained.
  • Validity of XAT admit card is limited and is valid for a specific time only.
  • Once the entrance gate is closed, applicants will not be allowed to go inside.
  • Use of any electronic device such as calculator, mobile phones, smart watches etc. is not permitted inside the test centre.
  • The candidature for the XAT exam will be completely provisional. The aspirant’s candidature can be cancelled at any stage of the admission process, if his/her eligibility conditions are not completed. Read More about XAT Eligibility Condition
  • Frisking will be done before entering the exam hall. Storage facility will not be provided to candidates at the examination centre, therefore, if any offensive item is found, candidates will be asked to leave it outside the XAT exam premises.
  • Prior to 10 minutes of the examination, candidates will be allowed to login to the allotted computer system.
  • In the examination hall, candidates will be provided with a rough sheet and pen.
  • On completion of XAT entrance test, and before leaving the examination hall all applicants need to submit the rough paper to the invigilator.
  • The XAT admit card reference number is meant for seating plan.

Why XAT Admit Card is required?

XAT 2025 admit card is an important document, which aspirant need to carry on the test day to the examination centre. Aspirant will not be allowed to enter the XAT centre without admit card. The XAT 2025 admit card have all the information related to the candidate and XAT exam. Aspirants are required to retain the XAT 2025 admit card till the conclusion of admission process, as it will be required at the time of XAT counselling.

Test day Guidelines for XAT 2025:

  • Applicants are recommended to report to their particular XAT test centre one hour before the beginning of test.
  • Applicants must obey to all the guidelines given on the admit card and by the exam invigilator.
  • Rough work has to be done in the margins and any type of misconduct will not be accepted.
  • Take your seat as per Centre Registration Number (CRN).

Expected Question Type: MCQ only
Score for every correct answer: 1
Score for every incorrect answer: - 0.25
Length of Test/ Examination: 3 Hours only

As per the past trends, the question paper should consist of four sections with a total of 99-100 questions (Total number of questions changes every year).
