About SNAP

What is SNAP Test?

The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is a common entrance exam conducted by Symbiosis International University for admission to 16 institutions affiliated with the Symbiosis Institutes. This exam is for admission to various MBA/PGDM programs including MBA, MSc (CA), MSc (SS), and many more. Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, ranked in the Top 20 Management Institutes list published by the MHRD-NIRF in 2019, is one of the top MBA colleges that accepts SNAP scores.

SNAP is an important entrance test for candidates seeking admission to the Symbiosis Institutes, which are well-regarded institutions in the field of management education in India.

The SNAP Test is a computer-based exam and the question paper comprises 60 MCQs that assess candidates on their aptitude in various skills such as general English, analytical and logical reasoning, quantitative, data interpretation, and data sufficiency. The test is typically held in December every year. The applicant who scores the highest on SNAP 2023 will be given consideration for admission to SIU. SNAP allows candidates up to three attempts.

Candidates who wish to pursue a management program at one of the Symbiosis Institutes need to appear for SNAP and qualify for the respective institute's selection process, which may include a group discussion (GD), personal interview (PI), and written ability test (WAT). Admission to a specific program and institute is based on the candidate's performance in the SNAP Test and their overall profile.
