MAT Exam 2023 Important Dates

AIMA declared the dates of MAT 2023 February- march cycle. This phase of the MAT 2023 exam will start on February 11 and close on March 4. Like every time the MAT will be conducted in three phases - One time in PBT, Two Times in CBT, and five-time in IBT. All interested candidates can apply for the same by filling up the application form for MAT 2023. Also, candidates who are interested in CBT mode can apply for CBT-1 till February 21 and CBT2 till February 27. This time candidates are required to pay a sum of Rs. 1900/- for filling out the exam form. Following are the important dates for MAT exam phase 1:

MAT Exam 2023 Registration Fees

  • Candidates can opt for Computer Based Test (CBT) by paying a fee of INR 1900/-.
  • Candidates can opt for Paper Based Test (PBT) by paying a fee of INR 1900/-.
  • Candidates can opt for Remote Proctored Internet Based Test (IBT) by paying a fee of INR 1900/-.
  • Two IBT exam fee - INR 3050/-.
  • CBT + PBT - INR 3050/-
  • IBT + CBT - INR 3050/-.
  • IBT + PBT - INR 3050/-.

Candidate willing to appear in MAT can opt for both the tests i.e. PBT and CBT by paying an additional sum of 115/0- in addition to 1900/-. Those Candidates opting for both PBT and CBT will have the benefit of selecting additional 2 Management Institutions for sending their scores in addition to the existing option of selecting 5 Management Institutions i.e. they can select 7 Management Institutions in total.

Question. How many times MAT conducted in a year?
Answer. AIMA conducted the MAT 4 times a year in the months of February May, September, and December. Candidates can appear in MAT multiple times which saves their time. Since it is conducted 4 times a candidate has multiple chances to crack the exam and take admission in top mba colleges in India without wasting one whole year in preparation and waiting for the next session.
