The GMAT Focus Edition is now live with 2025 exam dates from January to June officially announced. Conducted year-round, the GMAT offers complete flexibility, candidates can take the test almost any day of the year.


GMAT Registration Timeline

Registration is open throughout the year on a rolling basis.

Ideal strategy: Register early to secure your preferred test date and ensure smooth B-school application planning.

Recommended Registration Windows:


  1. Early Registration: 6 months before test date
  2. Standard Registration: 2–3 months before test
  3. Last-Minute: Up to 24 hours before exam (if slots are available)


GMAT Exam Dates 2025

The GMAT Focus Edition is conducted year-round, including weekdays and weekends at authorized test centers and online.


Current Schedule:

  1. January–June 2025: Fully available
  2. July–December 2025: Rolling updates expected

Note: Plan ahead for peak seasons (Sep–Dec and Mar–May) due to MBA deadlines. Avoid holiday closures.


GMAT Result Dates

  1. Unofficial Score: Shown on screen immediately after exam (except essay)
  2. Official Score Report: Sent to candidate and schools within 7 business days


GMAT Counseling & Admissions

The GMAT doesn’t have centralized counseling. Instead, your scores are sent to individual B-schools, each with their own timelines.

  1. Round 1 Applications: September–October
